Another addition to the KDF range of front mounted mowers is a machine with working width 3.90 m. This is one of the largest front mowers for classic tractors on the market. Despite the extreme working width the swath may be from 1.40 m to 2.20 m, depending on the rake setting. This protects the swath from being run over by the tractor's wheels and save forage from soiling. The introduction of such a big machine is the result of our expansion to the North American market where the allowable transport widths are not subject to European restrictions. Nor are there special requirements for moving such machinery on public roads.
